Does it work in noisy places like warehouses or building sites?

The speech model is set up for high-noise places, but noise still affects recognition. We test in your actual workplace before launch and adjust if recognition isn't good enough.

Can it record data or only look it up?

Both. Simple entries, like logging hours, marking a job complete or recording a delivery, can be added. The assistant is set up to confirm before it records anything.

What device does it run on?

Any device with a microphone: Android, iOS, rugged handsets or a web browser. It usually runs on devices you already have.

How accurate is the voice recognition?

It depends on the environment and vocabulary. We test in your workplace before launch. In noisy conditions we add a confirmation step, so staff can catch errors before anything is recorded.

How is the data kept secure?

Speech is processed by Azure Speech Services in your own Microsoft environment, and answers come from your own governed data. We can set it up so audio isn't stored after transcription.
