/01 · The problem
New questions shouldn't wait weeks for a new report.
Every new question needs a new report.
Dashboards answer the questions you thought of when you built them. A new question goes into the reporting queue and comes back weeks later, or not at all.
Your data team has become a bottleneck.
Business users can't answer their own questions from the data. Every one goes through an analyst. The answer is late and the analyst is overloaded.
Your numbers don't agree across systems.
Revenue in the CRM differs from the ERP, which differs from the board pack. Without one agreed data model, a chatbot over your data can give conflicting answers.

/03 · How we build it
Four steps from your data to a working assistant.
- /01
Agree the data.
We build or check one governed data model across your ERP, CRM and finance systems, so 'revenue' means one thing, not four.
One source of truth
- /02
Teach it your words.
We map your business terms (brands, regions, product lines, teams) so the assistant understands your business, not just your tables.
Your business vocabulary
- /03
Put it where people work.
The assistant goes into Microsoft Teams, your intranet or a simple web page, wherever your team already works.
A chat window for staff
- /04
Show sources and improve.
Every answer shows its source. Questions it can't answer confidently are flagged and used to improve the data model.
Answers with sources, improving over time
/04 · What you get
Plain-English answers from every system, with the source shown.
Plain-English questions
Ask the way you'd ask a colleague. No SQL, no filter panels, little training needed.
Source shown
Every answer links back to the table, report or metric it came from.
Questions across systems
One answer can draw on ERP, CRM, finance and operations data.
Works in Teams
Staff use it inside Microsoft Teams, so it sits where staff already work.
/05 · Cost, timing and terms
A fixed price before we start, and we fix it if it misses.
Projects start with a two-week fixed-fee review. Then we quote a fixed price for an agreed outcome. If the work misses that outcome, we fix it. You own 100% of the IP.
Not yet using Microsoft Fabric and need a data and analytics strategy? You may qualify for a free 2–3-week proof of concept: a Fabric uplift on your data plus a working dashboard. We agree the scope with you first.
