Your written quote sets out the terms that apply to you before you sign.
The offer: 3 months free on Microsoft licences when you commit to 12 months.
Which licences: Microsoft licences, including Microsoft Fabric and Dynamics 365. We confirm in writing which of your licences qualify.
How the free months work: the term is 12 months, and 3 of those 12 months are free. You pay for the other 9. The free months are not added on top, so the term is never 15 months. Your written quote shows which months are free and the total you pay over the term.
Who supplies the licences: A Microsoft reseller we work with, named in your quote. Reenva is not a Microsoft partner.
Who qualifies: you move your Microsoft licences to the licence provisioning we arrange, for a minimum of 20 users. Your global administrator approves the provisioning request, and a Microsoft licence reseller supplies the licences. We confirm in writing whether your business qualifies before you sign.
The commitment: Once a term starts, you may not be able to reduce licence numbers. Your written quote sets out the reseller’s terms, and those are the ones that apply.
Nothing is binding: Nothing is binding until you sign the written quote.
