Services · Connected ERP
Fewer apps.
One connected ERP.
Finance, sales, stock, projects and people on one Microsoft ERP. Data flows without re-keying, and you can pay for fewer licences.
/01 · What it is
Your bolt-on apps, replaced by one system.
Many mid-sized companies run a core system with spreadsheets and apps bolted around it. Each holds a piece of the truth, and people hold it together by hand. A connected ERP puts it all in one system, with one definition of every number.
We don't copy your old workarounds onto new software. We redesign how work flows first, then set up the system to match. Then we connect it to your business data platform, so reporting, automation and AI agents can reach it.
/02 · How your systems connect
Every part of the business, connected in one ERP.
Data from every team lands in one ERP: reconciled, governed and live. That one system then powers your reporting, automation and AI.
/03 · Before and after: many apps to one ERP
Watch scattered apps become one connected system.
Your teams move from scattered tools to one ERP that automation and AI can reach. An illustration: let it play, or step through.
Today: scattered apps
Data sits in separate apps and one-off customisations. People pass it between them by hand.
/04 · The five-stage move plan
Five stages, planned so you keep trading.
A phased move, not one risky switch-over. Each stage finishes before the next begins.

Map and redesign how work flows
It starts with the two-week fixed-fee review. We map how work flows today, then redesign it with your team.
Review report and target design - /02
Set up and connect the system
We set up finance, operations and sales, and connect the systems you keep. Your data is checked before it moves.
System set up and connected - /03
Your people test it on real work
Nothing is signed off until it handles your real work. Your current system keeps running alongside until the numbers reconcile.
Signed off against real work - /04
Train each role on the new way of working
Each role learns how its work now flows, not just where to click on the new screens.
Team ready, role by role - /05
Switch over, with support to month-end
You switch over once the numbers reconcile. We support you closely through your first month-end.

/05 · What changes for you
Fewer licences, less manual work, numbers everyone trusts.
Fewer licences to pay for
One system replaces a ring of separate apps, so you run fewer logins and integrations too.

One version of every number
Every team works from one system of record, so reports agree and leaders get one answer.
Less manual work
Orders, invoices and stock move through one system without re-keying. Your team spends less time chasing approvals and reconciling at month-end.
Less risk at go-live
The move is phased, so you can keep trading. Old and new systems run side by side until the numbers reconcile.
Work our team has delivered: a company replaced its separate CRM, project, accounting and marketing tools with one Microsoft platform. It saved about A$150K a year in licences, plus a productivity saving of about A$1.5M.
Some of this work was delivered by Reenva's founder and team before Reenva was formed.
We measure these against your own numbers in the two-week fixed-fee review. No industry-average promises.
One system of record. One definition of every number.
/06 · Why it lasts
We fix the process and the system, so the result lasts.
Our team works on both: how the business runs, from finance to operations, and the ERP underneath it.
Configure first; customise only where it pays off
Every customisation costs money to maintain. You pay for custom work only where it clearly adds value.
Built to keep upgrading
We check every decision against future upgrades. So your system keeps taking Microsoft’s updates instead of going stale.
Process and system, together
Your redesigned processes are built into the system itself. That makes the new way of working the easy way, not a rule people must remember.
/07 · Built on Microsoft
Microsoft products that work together, from the ERP to the reports.

Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
Customer data and marketing on the same record as sales and finance.
Dynamics 365 Project Operations
Project planning, resourcing, time and billing, connected to finance.
Microsoft Power BI
Live dashboards and board packs, built straight from one source of truth.
Microsoft Power Automate
Approvals and hand-offs between teams run on their own, checked against your rules.
If you're committed to SAP or Oracle, we're probably not the right fit.
/08 · Cost, timing and terms
A fixed price, a phased move, and we fix it if it misses.
Projects start with a two-week fixed-fee review. Then you get a fixed price for an agreed outcome, not a time-and-materials estimate. If it misses that outcome, we fix it.

Typical timeline for Connected ERP: 16–24 weeks
Book a 30-minute call →Work our team has delivered: order-to-dispatch cut by 30% for an eight-branch wholesale distributor, after fixing the order process first. Re-key points between order intake and dispatch fell from 2–3 to zero.
Some of this work was delivered by Reenva's founder and team before Reenva was formed.
/09 · Questions buyers ask
Your questions about connected ERP, answered.
/10 · Your next step
Run the whole business on one system.
After the call, a two-week fixed-fee review gives you an honest go or no-go before any project starts.
